She had a calm presence that immediately put my daughter at ease and her clear explanation of our treatment plan and options. I also very much appreciated that she was honest about not needing treatment immediately and instead gave us a good game plan going forward. Everyone we encountered was friendly, patient, and clearly wanting to make the entire experience enjoyable. My daughter WANTS to go back!"
